Client-Side Data Architecture & Privacy Notice
TechSunset Project operates as a modern frontend-first web application. All project portfolios, task lists, team directories, milestone progress logs, and timesheet records generated or modified within this workspace are stored securely in your web browser via HTML5 localStorage. No proprietary project plans, confidential tasks, or employee capacities are transmitted to unauthorized remote third parties.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing TechSunset Project (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you hold the requisite authority to bind that entity.
2. Permitted Use & Fair Operations
TechSunset Project is provided to plan projects, coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, and balance team workloads. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized disruption of the platform infrastructure.
3. Frontend Capability Representation
This deployment focuses on frontend project workflows with local state synchronization. Real-time multi-user synchronization is not included in this release.
4. Intellectual Property
The software interface, layout designs, calculation algorithms, branding, official logos, and documentation comprising TechSunset Project are the proprietary intellectual property of TechSunset.
